Je wilt nieuwe dingen leren, stelt vragen en toont interesse. Ook zonder productie-ervaring pas je hier goed: motivatie en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel vinden zij belangrijker dan achtergrond. Wat bieden wij je? Salaris van €3015 bruto per maand (inclusief toeslagen) Fulltime werkweek van 40 uur Werken in 2-ploegendienst van maandag t/m vrijdag Bij goed functioneren is er een uitzicht op een vast dienstverband bij de opdrachtgever Een stabiel bedrijf met een unieke werkwijze Informele en platte organisatie Afwisselend werk zonder zware fysieke belasting Veel ruimte voor ontwikkeling en doorgroei richting operator Functieomschrijving Dit bedrijf in Weert is gespecialiseerd in oppervlaktebehandeling van aluminium producten. Denk aan anodiseren en chromateren voor met name de machinebouw. Daarnaast voeren we in huis diverse voor- en nabehandelingen uit, zoals stralen, slijpen, (chemisch) polijsten, laser graveren en cleanroom verpakken. Als productiemedewerker leer je stap voor stap het volledige productieproces kennen. Je werkt in een 2-ploegendienst van maandag t/m vrijdag (06:00–14:30 en 14:30–23:00). Jouw taken als productiemedewerker: Aluminium producten ophangen en afhalen die in een chemisch bad gaan Oppoetsen van producten met een doek en correct verpakken Kleine montagewerkzaamheden, zoals handmatig schroefjes draaien Controleren van producten en netjes bijwerken waar nodig Afwisselende ondersteunende werkzaamheden in de productie
