Met vakmanschap, innovatie en oog voor kwaliteit bouwen zij dagelijks aan producten waar klanten wereldwijd op vertrouwen. Binnen het team werk je samen met collega's die elkaar helpen en samen zorgen voor een soepel productieproces. De afdeling is volop in ontwikkeling en vernieuwing, onlangs is er bijgebouwd en nieuwe machines zijn aangekocht om alles nog soepeler te laten verlopen. Functieomschrijving Als productiemedewerker op de deegafdeling speel je een belangrijke rol in het productieproces. Je leert hoe je productielijnen instelt, processen bewaakt en ervoor zorgt dat de productie soepel blijft verlopen. Het bedrijf is al generaties lang specialist in hoogwaardige boter- en deegoplossingen en levert producten aan klanten in binnen- en buitenland. Je komt terecht in een stabiel familiebedrijf waar kwaliteit, samenwerking en ontwikkeling centraal staan. Jullie afdeling bestaat uit een teamleider, met daaronder 2 meewerkende voormannen. voor beide teams hebben we in een ideale omgeving 6 collega's per team welke allround worden in alle werkzaamheden. Dit ga je doen - Je leert de productielijn zelfstandig in te stellen en te bedienen. - Je bewaakt het productieproces en de kwaliteit van de deegproducten. - Je lost kleine storingen op of leert hoe je dit doet. - Je zorgt voor een constante aanvoer van grondstoffen en producten. - Je voert waar nodig handmatige werkzaamheden uit om het proces goed te laten verlopen. - Je houdt de productielijn en werkplek schoon volgens de hygiënerichtlijnen voor de voedingsmiddelenindustrie. - Je werkt in dagdienst op doordeweekse dagen. In het weekend ben je in principe vrij. De werktijden in de dagdienst zijn van 08:30 - 18:00 uur. Elke maandag t/m donderdag werk je 8,5 uur en op vrijdag 6 uur zodat je lekker...
