Mooi! Soms moet er flink aangepakt worden in onze betonfabriek. Wij maken prefab betonelementen zoals vloeren, wanden, trappen en balkons. - Het schoonmaken en dichtdraaien van de mal; - Kist met de juiste instortvoorzieningen erbij nemen (bouten, pijpen, hijsvoorzieningen); - Wapening in de mal leggen en mal verder klaarmaken volgens tekening zodat het beton gestort kan worden; - Controle door voorman; - Het beton wordt gestort door een van jouw collega's, jij gaat door naar de volgende mal; - Je werkt altijd samen met een collega, dit zijn vaak vaste koppels. Over Vlassak: In ons betonbedrijf produceren we prefab betonnen elementen, zoals trappen, vloer-, wand- en balkondelen. Deze gaan vooral naar hoogbouwprojecten, zoals woontorens en appartementencomplexen. Op kantoor wordt alles voorbereid. De volgende stap is het maken van de mallen en de bewapening. Vervolgens komt alles in de fabriek bij elkaar en wordt het beton gestort. Na het uitharden is het klaar om naar de klant te transporteren. Bij onze betonfabriek werken we met ongeveer 45 collega's. Met vijf bedrijven - een aannemingsmaatschappij, een betonbedrijf (prefab betonelementen), een timmerbedrijf (beglaasde kozijnen en deuren), Service & Onderhoud en een vestiging van Bouwcenter - vormen wij één krachtig geheel. Niet alleen een familie van bedrijven, maar bovenal een écht familiebedrijf. Al 90 jaar is bouwen ons vak. Onze kracht is de combinatie van vakmanschap en een cultuur waarin betrokkenheid, betrouwbaarheid en bevlogenheid centraal staan.
