Als productiemedewerker in Hoogersmilde werk je in een 5-ploegendienst, help je mee in het productieproces en verplaats je producten met de heftruck! Als Productiemedewerker in Hoogersmilde heb je een afwisselende functie waarin productie en logistiek samenkomen. Je bedient de zaagmachine en zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel blijft doorlopen. Wanneer er iets vastloopt of bijgestuurd moet worden, grijp je op tijd in. Daarnaast verplaats je producten en materialen met de heftruck en zorg je dat grondstoffen op de juiste plek klaarstaan. Je controleert voorraden, voert eenvoudige kwaliteitscontroles uit en helpt mee om de werkplek netjes en veilig te houden. Je werkt in een 5-ploegendienst samen met collega's die je goed inwerken. Hoe meer werkzaamheden je leert, hoe breder je inzetbaar wordt en hoe meer mogelijkheden je krijgt om door te groeien in functie én salaris. Wat wij bieden - Een startsalaris van €24,74 bruto per uur, inclusief ploegentoeslag; - 28% ploegentoeslag; - 3% eindejaarsuitkering; - 8% vakantiegeld; - Doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen de productie tot allround operator; - De mogelijkheid om je bovenloopkraan- en heftruckcertificaat te behalen; - Gemiddeld 25 vakantiedagen op fulltime basis; - Reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,23 per kilometer voor enkele reisafstanden tot 30 kilometer; - Een aanvullende reiskostenregeling voor afstanden tussen 30 en 50 kilometer; - Elke dag vers fruit op het werk; - Eén keer per week heerlijke verse soep.
