Voor onze opdrachtgever en nieuwe samenwerkingspartner in de regio Gramsbergen / Hardenberg zijn wij op zoek naar productiemedewerkers in de 5-ploegendienst! Onze opdrachtgever is een toonaangevend modern en flexibel productiebedrijf, een begrip in de regio. Hoekprofielen, U-profielen, H-profielen, gevelbekledingsprofielen, klant specifieke profielen; noem het maar op, zij maken het allemaal. En wij bieden hier mooie kansen voor jou! We zijn op zoek naar een gedreven teamspeler om hun dynamische productieteam in de 5-ploegen te versterken. Daag jezelf uit om door te groeien naar een functie als operator! Wat ga je doen? - Verpakken van profielen volgens de instructie. - Aanvullen van grondstoffen tijdens het productieproces. - Signaleren en rapporteren van eventuele afwijkingen in de profielen. Hiervoor is het handig dat je technische tekeningen kunt lezen en de schuifmaat op de juiste manier weten te gebruiken. Uiteraard gaan wij je dit leren! - Waar nodig ondersteun je je collega’s bij alle voorkomende werkzaamheden.

Het betreft hier dus een baan in de 5-ploegendienst. Wat maakt het werken in een 5-ploegendienst nou zo interessant? 1. Veel vrije tijd, je werkt tenslotte gemiddeld 33,6 uur per week. 2. Tussen de wisseling van ochtend naar middag en middag naar nacht ben je ook 24 uur vrij. 3. Uitstekend salaris van minimaal €17,58- exclusief toeslag. Hier komt voor alle uren (dus zowel de ochtend, middag als nachtdienst) nog 29% toeslag bovenop. Zo ga je al snel naar de €22,68 bruto per uur minimaal! 4. Werken in een vaste ploeg.
