Functieomschrijving: Als productiemedewerker 5 ploegendienst ben je een onmisbare schakel in de fabriek. Je voert diverse mechanische taken uit om het proces vlekkeloos te laten verlopen. Bij storingen aan de machines schiet jij te hulp om het probleem snel op te lossen. Je helpt ook mee bij het plaatsen van nieuwe onderdelen aan de lijn.

Daarnaast houd je de machines goed in de gaten. Zie je iets geks? Dan onderneem je direct actie. Je zorgt voor de aanvoer van materialen en houdt de voortgang nauwlettend in de gaten. Ook draag je bij aan een opgeruimde en veilige werkvloer. Jouw inzet zorgt voor een efficiënte en duurzame productie. Je denkt bovendien actief mee over manieren om het werk nog beter te doen.
