The posting

Als productiemedewerker speel je een belangrijke rol binnen het productieproces. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het correct afvullen, verpakken en verwerken van producten volgens de geldende procedures en kwaliteitsrichtlijnen. Hierbij werk je nauwkeurig volgens werkorders en zorg je ervoor dat de productielijnen efficiënt blijven draaien.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Bedienen van afvulmachines volgens de vooropgestelde werkinstructies
  • Manueel afvullen van grotere verpakkingen zoals vaten en IBC’s
  • Aanvullen van verpakkingsmaterialen, producten, doppen en andere benodigdheden aan de productielijn
  • Verpakken van afgewerkte producten in kartonnen dozen
  • Stapelen van afgewerkte goederen op pallets volgens vastgelegde richtlijnen
  • Correct lezen en uitvoeren van werkorders
  • Aanbrengen van de juiste etiketten en controles uitvoeren op prints en productinformatie
  • Overleggen met de technische dienst en productieleiding wanneer nodig
  • Instaan voor orde, netheid en veiligheid rond de machine en werkplek

Je werkt volgens de geldende procedures en draagt dagelijks bij aan een kwalitatief en efficiënt productieproces.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een nauwkeurige en gemotiveerde medewerker die graag actief bezig is in een productieomgeving. Je werkt zelfstandig wanneer nodig, maar functioneert eveneens goed binnen een team. Veiligheid, kwaliteit en orde zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekende aandachtspunten.

Daarnaast beschik je over volgende kwaliteiten:

  • In het bezit van een diploma TSO of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring
  • Je begrijpt de werking, bediening en basisafstellingen van machines en randapparatuur
  • Je hebt aandacht voor veiligheidsvoorschriften en past deze correct toe
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail
  • Je bent oplettend en volgt instructies correct op
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken zonder voortdurende begeleiding
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en bereid verschillende taken op te nemen
  • Je hecht veel belang aan netheid en orde op de werkvloer
  • Je werkt graag samen met collega's en draagt bij aan een positieve teamwerking
  • Je gebruikt persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen correct en respecteert de veiligheidsrichtlijnen

Met jouw nauwkeurige aanpak en verantwoordelijkheidszin lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan de kwaliteit van het eindproduct.
