The posting

Een etiketteerder is verantwoordelijk voor het correct aanbrengen van de juiste etiketten op de verpakte vleesproducten, zodat alle informatie voor klanten, logistiek en voedselveiligheid duidelijk en conform de wetgeving op het product staat.

  1. Aanbrengen van etikettenJe plaatst juiste etiketten op verpakkingen (via een etiketteermachine of soms handmatig). Je zorgt ervoor dat bij elk product het correcte label wordt aangebracht (soort vlees, gewicht, datum, lotnummer, barcodes, allergenen, herkomst enz.).
  2. Instellen en controleren van etiketteermachinesJe stelt de machine af (formaat, positie en inhoud van het etiket). Je voert basiscontroles uit op de werking en lost eenvoudige storingen of fouten op.
  3. KwaliteitscontroleJe kijkt na of de etiketten correct en leesbaar zijn aangebracht. Je signaleert afwijkingen of foutieve gegevens onmiddellijk aan de leidinggevende of kwaliteitsdienst. Je bewaakt of alle traceerbaarheidsinformatie aanwezig is.
  4. Samenwerking en administratieJe werkt nauw samen met collega’s van inpak, logistiek en kwaliteitszorg. Je registreert benodigde gegevens volgens de interne procedures. Je respecteert strikt de voedselveiligheid (HACCP) en hygiëneregels.

  • Teamspirit: Je communiceert makkelijk met collega’s en anderen in de keten.
  • Stressbestendig: In piekperiodes moet alles tijdig en foutloos verlopen.
