Productiemedewerker Als Productiemedewerker bij Heditex in Vlaardingen ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen het verkoopproces. Je maakt de “ visitekaartjes” van ons bedrijf, je zorgt er met jouw nauwkeurigheid en inzet voor dat alle uitgaande orders en stalen netjes, representatief, op tijd en met de afgesproken kwaliteit en maatvoering worden geproduceerd en worden verstuurd.

Dit ga je doen Raamdecoratie en rails

- Assembleren en monteren van gordijnrails en bijbehorende onderdelen.

- Op maat maken en voorbereiden van gordijnrails.

- Buigen van rails volgens maatvoering, tekening en gewenste radius.

- Buigen en op maat maken van roedes.

- Monteren van steunen, eindstukken, koppelingen, dragers en accessoires.

- Assembleren en afwerken van vouwgordijnsystemen.

- Controleren van maatvoering, werking en afwerking.

Productstalen en monsters

- Maken en samenstellen van productstalen voor klanten en verkoop.

- Verzagen en op maat maken van vloer- en andere productmonsters.

- Maken van stalen van verschillende soorten vloeren, ondervloeren en overige vloerproducten.

- Voorbereiden en afwerken van stalen voor showrooms, winkels, klanten en verkoopadviseurs.

- Labelen en voorzien van de juiste productinformatie.

- Controleren of stalen compleet, netjes en representatief zijn.

- Samenstellen van staalsets en voorbeeldpresentaties.

- Bijhouden en aanvullen van de voorraad productstalen.

- Zorgvuldig verwerken van nieuwe producten en materialen in het stalenassortiment.

Overige productiewerkzaamheden

- Verzagen, boren, slijpen, snijden en bewerken van verschillende materialen.

- Voorbereiden van materialen voor productie en montage.

- Verpakken en gereedmaken van producten voor transport of levering.

- Controleren van producten op kwaliteit en eventuele beschadigingen.

- Signaleren en herstellen van productiefouten waar mogelijk.

- Zorgvuldig omgaan met materialen, gereedschappen en machines.
