Als Productiemedewerker krijg je een goed salaris. Je start met een uurloon van €18,20, groeit binnen een half jaar door naar €18,47 en verdient binnen één jaar €19,03 per uur. Je werkt in 3 ploegen en heb je uitzicht op een vast contract. Wij bieden - Een startsalaris van €18,20 per uur, inclusief 21,5% ploegentoeslag; - Salarisgroei binnen het eerste halfjaar naar €18,47 per uur (incl. 21,5% toeslag); - Na het volledig afronden van de training verdien je binnen één jaar €19,03 per uur (incl. 21,5% toeslag); - Uitzicht op een vast dienstverband bij de opdrachtgever; - Een fulltime werkweek van 40 uur in een 3-ploegendienst; - 8% vakantiegeld en 25 vakantiedagen per jaar; - Regelmatig leuke teamactiviteiten, zoals een georganiseerd voetbaltoernooi, bowlen en gezamenlijke lunches. Functieomschrijving Als productiemedewerker ondersteun je het dagelijkse productieproces. Samen zorgen jullie voor het voorbereiden, mengen en verwerken van hoogwaardige voedingsingrediënten. Je krijgt tijdens je eerste weken een uitgebreide training van een ervaren collega, zodat je het productieproces stap voor stap leert kennen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit het aanvoeren van grondstoffen, controleren van het productieproces, signaleren van afwijkingen en het verpakken van eindproducten. Ook houd je de machines schoon en zorg je voor een veilige en nette werkomgeving. Je werkt volgens de geldende werkinstructies, hygiënevoorschriften en kwaliteitsprocedures. Je werkplek Onze opdrachtgever is gespecialiseerd in het mengen en (her)verpakken van poeder voedingsingrediënten.
