Over het bedrijfJe gaat werken bij een groot familiebedrijf in Oosterhout dat al meer dan 140 jaar bouwmaterialen maakt van beton, kunststof en keramiek. Je werkt samen met collega's die graag aanpakken en elkaar helpen. De sfeer is nuchter en betrokken. Er is aandacht voor goed werk en je krijgt de ruimte om nieuwe dingen te leren en verder te groeien. Wat ga je doen?Als Productiemedewerker Beton help je mee bij het maken van betonelementen. Je zet materialen klaar, werkt vanaf tekening en zorgt dat de productie veilig en goed blijft doorlopen. - Elementen en materialen verplaatsen en klaarzetten - Technische tekeningen lezen en volgen - Mallen plaatsen, vastzetten en voorbereiden - Beton storten en goed verdelen - Helpen bij het afwerken van betonelementen - Controleren of producten aan de eisen voldoen - Zorgen voor een veilige en vlotte productie
