Ik kan niet zonder de voorbereiders en zonder de afhalers, en zij ook niet zonder mij! '' De functie Als productiemedewerker bij Ulamo Coating ben jij een belangrijke schakel bij het afhaalstation. Bij deze werkplek staat een team van circa 4 medewerkers om producten die gepoedercoat zijn, van de baan af te halen, te controleren en te verpakken. Jij bent onder meer verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van dit team. Daarnaast help je mee met het afhalen, bewaak je de kwaliteit en verwerk je de orders in de computer. Jij leidt alles in goede banen en levert zelf ook een actieve bijdrage aan het productieproces. Je belangrijkste taken bestaan uit: - Het aansturen van het team bij het afhaalstation; - Het afhalen van de producten van de baan; - De orders scannen in de computer en gegevens invoeren; - Toezien op de kwaliteit, zoals het melden van kleurafwijkingen, beschadigingen of onjuiste aantallen; - Verpakken van de producten volgens de wens van de klant. Wat wij van jou verwachten om deze functie met plezier uit te oefenen: - Dat je van aanpakken houdt en goed kunt samenwerken; Mouwen opstropen en aan de slag, dat is de werkwijze die Ulamo goed omschrijft. - Dat je een computer kunt bedienen; Voor het scannen van de orders. - Dat je de Nederlandse taal kunt spreken; Om het team bij het afhalen aan te sturen. - Dat je oog hebt voor kwaliteit; Het is belangrijk dat de producten onbeschadigd bij de klant aankomen. - Bereidheid om in een 2-ploegendienst te werken; De ene week werk je in een vroege dienst en de andere week in een late dienst.
