Samen met je collega's zorg je voor een soepel productieproces, waarbij kwaliteit, veiligheid en hygiëne vooropstaan. Je komt terecht in een stabiel bedrijf met een nuchtere mentaliteit en een hecht team. Dankzij moderne machines en volop mogelijkheden om jezelf te ontwikkelen, krijg je de kans om nieuwe vaardigheden te leren en door te groeien binnen je vak. Zo bouw je niet alleen mee aan een goed productieproces, maar ook aan je eigen toekomst! Functieomschrijving Als productiemedewerker zorg je er samen met je collega's voor dat het productieproces soepel, veilig en volgens de kwaliteitseisen verloopt. Je werkzaamheden zijn afwisselend en bestaan onder andere uit: - Bedienen van machines en productielijnen; - Bewaken van het productieproces; - Aanvoeren van grondstoffen op het juiste moment; - Controleren van de kwaliteit van producten; - Verpakken van producten en aanbrengen van de juiste labels; - Schoon en netjes houden van je werkplek; - Helpen bij het oplossen van kleine storingen aan machines. Functievereisten Een goede motivatie en de juiste instelling vinden we belangrijker dan een perfect cv. Ben jij enthousiast om aan de slag te gaan als productiemedewerker?
