Onze klant is sinds jaren dé referentie als leverancier van halffabricaten aan de voedingsindustrie. Wat oorspronkelijk begon met enkel gestoofde en gebakken ajuin, is dankzij de vraag van hun trouwe klanten, tot op vandaag gegroeid tot een uitgebreid en kwalitatief hoogstaand gamma. Door hun zeer divers machinepark kunnen ze hun klanten het product bieden die het vraagt. Stoven, bakken, steamen en pocheren van groenten in de meest ruime zin is hun specialiteit.

In 2017 namen ze een 2de productiesite in gebruik. Deze afdeling is gesitueerd op dezelfde industriezone als de hoofdkantoren en zorgt ervoor dat ze de toenemende productie kunnen blijven volgen en u zo een goede kwaliteit en service kunnen blijven garanderen.

Jobomschrijving

  • zelfstandig snijden van de groenten dwz aan de hand van een overzichtsblad
  • de snijmachines instellen en monteren op de gevraagde snit
  • bijhouden hoeveel reeds werd gesneden en wat nog moet gesneden worden
  • verpakken van de groenten : manueel in zakken van 1 – 4 kg of machinaal , op termijn eveneens deze machine kunnen instellen, in zakken van 2 – 10 kg
  • kookketels bevoorraden aan de hand van de productieplanning
  • reinigen met hogedruk kleinere materialen in de vaatwas
  • rijden met een electrische stapelaar of interesse hebben om dit aan te leren
