Als Productiemedewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen van machines en het verpakken van producten. Als Productiemedewerker ben je dagelijks betrokken bij het productieproces van onze kazen. Je bedient moderne machines en helpt bij het verpakken en controleren van de kazen. Het kan soms repetitief werk zijn en de kazen wegen vaak 12-15 kilo, dus een goede conditie is belangrijk. Je werkt samen met collega's om te zorgen dat alles goed verloopt en dat de productie op schema ligt. Kwaliteit en hygiëne zijn altijd essentieel.

Wat ga je doen:- Kazen snijden en verpakken volgens de productieplanning

- Producten aanvoeren, stapelen en in kratten of dozen leggen

- Machines bedienen en controleren

- Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren en afwijkingen melden

- Zorgen voor een nette en schone werkplek

Je werkt in een 2-ploegendienst (week om week) van dinsdag of woensdag tot en met zaterdag. De ochtenddienst is van 07:00 tot 16:00 uur en de avonddienst van 15:00 tot 23:00 uur. Op zaterdag start je altijd om 07:00 uur en doordeweeks krijg je een vrije dag. De drukste dagen zijn donderdag tot en met zaterdag, waarin het team extra hard werkt om de productieplanning te halen.
