Hey harde werker! 👷 Kom werken als productiemedewerker bij een te gekke betonfabriek in het prachtige Opmeer 🏭. Ben jij een ochtendmens en wil je meebouwen aan woningen en gebouwen? Super! Je start direct met uitzicht op een vast contract. Daarnaast verdien je ook nog eens een mooi salaris tot wel € 3.200,- per maand 💰. Benieuwd hoe jouw werkdag eruitziet? Lees snel verder! 👇

Wat bieden wij jou - Informele sfeer, onderdeel van een hecht team - Ervaring bepaald je salaris: Verdien tot € 3200,- - Reiskosten van € 0,23 per kilometer - Groei door in het bedrijf: Uitzicht op contract! - 37 vakantiedagen & een eindejaarsuitkering! - Vaste werktijden: 07:00-16:00

Wie ben jij Je kan al technische tekeningen lezen of bent bereid om dit te leren. Verder wil je elke dag een beetje beter worden en meedenken over nieuwe ideeën. Ontwikkeling en verbetering staan hier centraal! Past dit helemaal? Dan is alleen het volgende nog nodig om bij dit te gekke bedrijf aan de slag te gaan: ✅

- Je beheerst de Nederlandse en/of Engelse taal.

Wat ga je doen Je start de dag gezamenlijk met een bak koffie en de dagstart ☕. Daarna stap je met een glimlach weer de fabriek in. De dekens gaan van de mallen af en samen halen jullie de vloeren leeg die gisteren zijn gemaakt. Klaar? Super! Dan is het tijd om nieuwe vloeren te maken. Samen met je collega's bouw je de nieuwe mallen op. Je legt leidingen en stroom klaar en helpt bij het storten van het beton. Einde van de dag zorg je dat alles weer spik en span is. Geen dag is hetzelfde! 🚀

- Mallen leegmaken: Samen met het team haal je de vloeren uit de mal! 🏗️ - Mallen opbouwen: Je zet mallen klaar voor een nieuwe ronde 🛠️. - Leidingen leggen: Je legt buizen voor stroom en vloerverwarming op de juiste plek . - Beton storten: Met het team storten jullie het beton in de mallen 🫗. - Schoonmaken: Je maakt alles schoon en klaar zodat de vloeren kunnen uitharden 🧼.
