- Je hebt minimaal 1 jaar ervaring met werken in de productie - Je spreekt goed Nederlands - Je wilt maandag t/m vrijdag werken van 8:30 tot 17:00 - Je hebt Mbo werk- en denkniveau - Je wilt in Oude Pekela werken - Je hebt de mogelijkheid om bij drukte een uurtje langer door te werken

Wat ga je doen Geen dag is hetzelfde! Je bedient en controleert de moderne productiemachines, zodat het productieproces vlekkeloos doorloopt. Merk je een kleine storing op? Jij grijpt direct in en lost het op, wat jou écht voldoening geeft. Samen met je team bewaak je de kwaliteit, voer je controles uit en denk je mee over hoe we het proces nóg slimmer kunnen inrichten.

- Bedienen, bijsturen en controleren van productiemachines en installaties - Signaleren van procesafwijkingen en uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles - Verhelpen van kleine storingen en uitvoeren van licht onderhoud - Schoonmaken en controleren van apparatuur en werkomgeving - Registreren van productiegegevens en bijzonderheden - Samenwerken en meedenken over procesverbeteringen
