- 36 tot 40 uren per week - tussen €4000 en €5000 per maand - Uitzendbasis, uitzicht op vaste dienst / Werving en selectie Werk als productiemedewerker bij een technisch familiebedrijf dat noodstroominstallaties levert aan ziekenhuizen, datacenters en industrie. Je installeert, onderhoudt en repareert installaties op locatie en in de werkplaats. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid, ruimte om te leren en goede arbeidsvoorwaarden. 1 Dit ga je doen Als productiemedewerker werk je aan het installeren, vervangen en onderhouden van noodstroominstallaties bij verschillende klanten. Je zorgt ervoor dat cruciale systemen, zoals in ziekenhuizen en datacenters, altijd blijven draaien. Je hebt een afwisselende rol waarbij je zelfstandig en samen met collega's werkt, zowel in de werkplaats als op locatie. Een gemiddelde werkdag start je op de werkplaats, waar je samen met je team de werkzaamheden doorspreekt. Daarna ga je aan de slag met het inspecteren, repareren en testen van verbrandingsmotoren en generatorsets. Ook het assembleren en aanpassen van installaties hoort erbij. Je legt je werkzaamheden vast in duidelijke rapportages en overlegt met collega's als dat nodig is. - Installeren en vervangen van noodstroominstallaties bij klanten - Inspecteren, onderhouden en repareren van verbrandingsmotoren en generatorsets - Assembleren en aanpassen van installaties - Zelfstandig uitvoeren van werkzaamheden op locatie - Opstellen van rapportages van uitgevoerde taken - Lassen en uitvoeren van constructiewerkzaamheden - Werken volgens veiligheidsvoorschriften 2 Dit krijg je - Salaris tussen €4.000 en €5.000 bruto per maand (fulltime, 36-40 uur) - 25 vakantiedagen en 13 ADV-dagen volgens cao Metaalbewerkingsbedrijf - Pensioenregeling volgens cao - Collectieve zorg- en ongevallenverzekering - Mogelijkheid om opleidingen te volgen en certificaten te behalen - Doorgroeimogelijkheden naar functies als servicemonteur of teamleider - Reiskostenver...
