The posting

  • Meewerken aan verschillende stappen binnen het productieproces.
  • Bedienen, opvolgen en waar nodig bijsturen van deels geautomatiseerde machines binnen de nieuwe productielijn.
  • Uitvoeren van las-, slijp-, draai- en boorwerken op stalen wielen en onderdelen.
  • Werken met onder andere een laspost, draaibank en kolomboor.
  • Werkopdrachten correct en binnen de voorziene timing uitvoeren.
  • Productieprocessen opvolgen met aandacht voor kwaliteit en nauwkeurigheid.
  • Controleren of afgewerkte onderdelen voldoen aan de gevraagde specificaties.
  • Materialen en onderdelen op een veilige en correcte manier behandelen.
  • Gebruikmaken van de heftruck voor het verplaatsen of aanvoeren van goederen wanneer nodig.
  • Afwisselend verschillende werkzaamheden binnen de productie opnemen.
  • Samenwerken met collega’s om een kwalitatief eindresultaat en een vlotte productie te garanderen.
  • Een diploma metaalbewerking of lassen, of relevante praktijkervaring binnen dit domein.
  • Goed technisch en logisch inzicht.
  • Ervaring met of interesse in metaalbewerking en productietechnieken zoals lassen, draaien en boren.
  • Nauwkeurig kunnen werken met aandacht voor kwaliteit en afwerking.
  • Veilig en zorgvuldig omgaan met machines, gereedschappen en materialen.
  • Zowel zelfstandig als in team kunnen werken.
  • Een actieve werkhouding en fysiek in staat zijn om productiewerk uit te voeren.
  • Ervaring met een heftruck. Wie dit nog niet beheerst, is bereid dit op korte termijn aan te leren.
  • Flexibel ingesteld zijn en bereid zijn om verschillende werkzaamheden binnen de productie op te nemen.
