Wil jij werken in een moderne productieomgeving waar kwaliteit, innovatie en teamwork centraal staan? Onze klant is een toonavend productiebedrijf in Ieper, gespecialiseerd in de ontwikkeling en productie van hoogwaardige verzorgingsproducten die wereldwijd hun weg vinden naar de consument.

Als prodcutiemedewerker zorg je ervoor dat de productielijn steeds goed bevoorraad is en vlot blijft draaien. Je bedient de semi-geautomatiseerde productielijn en stelt de parameters correct in – ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen must! Je houdt nauwlettend de kwaliteit van de producten in de gaten, zoals lekkages, sluitingen en etikettering. Is alles 100% in orde? Dan verpak je de producten in dozen en palettiseer je ze klaar voor verzending.

  • Je vindt het belangrijk dat een productieproces vlot en efficiënt verloopt en hebt oog voor wat er op de productielijn gebeurt.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsgericht en grijpt in wanneer je merkt dat er iets niet loopt zoals het hoort.
  • Je hebt een technische achtergrond of hebt al een eerste ervaring als operator. Dan is dit zeker een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt graag samen met collega's en draagt bij aan een goede teamsfeer.
  • Je bent leergierig en staat open om nieuwe machines, processen en technieken aan te leren.
  • Je zoekt een afwisselende en uitdagende job.
  • Werken in een 2-ploegenstelsel schrikt je niet af.
