Als Productiemedewerker Kozijnen ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen het productieproces. Jij zorgt ervoor dat het binnenkomende hout wordt gecontroleerd en voorbereid voor verdere verwerking. Dankzij jouw oog voor detail voldoen de materialen aan de kwaliteitseisen voordat ze worden gebruikt voor de productie van kozijnen. Je werkt samen met een team van ongeveer 10 tot 20 collega's. De sfeer is informeel en collegiaal. Iedereen helpt elkaar waar nodig en samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat de planning wordt gehaald. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

• Inspecteren en controleren van binnenkomend hout • Sorteren van hout op kwaliteit en toepassing • Ondersteunen bij de productie van houten kozijnen • Signaleren en melden van afwijkingen in materialen • Samenwerken met collega's om de productieplanning te behalenJe krijgt energie van het werken met natuurlijke materialen en het leveren van kwaliteit. De uitdaging zit in het nauwkeurig beoordelen van hout en het tijdig herkennen van afwijkingen, zodat het productieproces soepel blijft verlopen.

Functie-eisen: Voor deze functie zoeken we een productiemedewerker met ervaring binnen de kozijnenbranche. Je werkt nauwkeurig en begrijpt hoe belangrijk kwaliteit is binnen het productieproces. Belangrijk voor deze functie:

• Ervaring binnen de kozijnenbranche • Een VCA-certificaat of bereidheid dit te behalen • Je kunt planmatig en nauwkeurig werken • Je werkt prettig samen met collega's • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal voor veiligheids- en werkinstructies
