The posting

Wat ga je doen? Voor een van onze opdrachtgevers nabij Eindhoven zijn we op zoek naar nieuwe collega's voor de functie van repair / montage medewerker industriële verpakkingen. In deze functie houd je je bezig met verschillende werkzaamheden, waardoor je op meerdere afdelingen kunt inspringen. Je komt terecht in een team van ongeveer 20 collega's met daarbij 2 shiftleaders. Afhankelijk van op welke afdeling je start ga je aan de slag met onderstaande taken; - Binnengekomen verpakkingen inspecteren aan de hand van een checklist; je bepaalt dan ook of het door gaat naar afdeling tech repair of naar afdeling maintenance - Herstellen van aluminium verpakkingen en / of houten verpakkingen; denk hierbij aan werkzaamheden als timmeren, het monteren van nieuwe onderdelen, uitdeuken etc. - Vervangen van hoekprofielen, handvatten, wieltjes

Je werkt in deze functie in een 2-ploegen rooster. Je werkt de ene week van maandag tot en met vrijdag van 06.00 - 15.00 uur en de andere week van 15.00 - 00.00 uur. Om deze reden is het dan ook belangrijk dat je in het bezit bent van eigen vervoer aangezien het openbaar vervoer niet kan voor deze tijden. Waar ga je werken? Onze opdrachtgever maakt verpakkingen voor het vervoer van industriële machines (voor groot en klein). Deze machines worden vervoerd per luchtvracht, schip of middels wegtransport. De verpakkingen lopen hierbij nog wel eens schade op. Op de locatie nabij Eindhoven worden deze verpakkingen herstelt, zodat ze opnieuw gebruikt kunnen worden. Jouw nieuwe werklocatie kent 4 afdelingen in één loods. Het start met de inspectie van de verpakkingen en afhankelijk van wat er moet gebeuren gaat het door naar de afdeling tech repair of maintenance. Op de tech repair worden de complexere repairs gemaakt. Bij de maintenance afdeling worden alle houten boxen herstelt. Zijn er maar kleine delen kapot die 'snel' gemaakt kunnen worden? Dan gaat het naar de afdeling R4R. Dit staat voor return for re-use.
