Of je nu al ervaring hebt of nog aan het begin van je carrière staat, we bieden je een werkplek die past bij jouw vaardigheden en ambities. Je werkzaamheden kunnen variëren afhankelijk van de afdeling en het bedrijf waar je aan de slag gaat, maar je speelt een belangrijke rol in het leveren van kwalitatieve producten. Wat je gaat doen: - Inpakken en controleren: je zorgt ervoor dat producten correct verpakt en gecontroleerd worden op kwaliteit; - Bedienen van machines: je leert hoe je productielijnen of machines efficiënt kunt bedienen en onderhouden; - Samenstellen of verwerken: je werkt aan het samenstellen of verwerken van producten volgens de gestelde specificaties; - Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren: je controleert producten op kwaliteit en meldt eventuele afwijkingen; - Klaarzetten van producten: je zorgt dat producten gereed zijn voor de volgende productiestap of verzending. Wat we je bieden - Een bruto uurloon tussen €16 en €20, afhankelijk van je ervaring en functie; - Een tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband; - Een werkweek van minimaal 32 tot maximaal 40 uur, afhankelijk van jouw voorkeur; - Reiskostenvergoeding en ploegentoeslag indien van toepassing; - Persoonlijke begeleiding en ondersteuning bij jouw professionele ontwikkeling; - Vakantiegeld; - De keuze uit een wekelijkse of vier wekelijkse betaling; - Mogelijkheden om door te groeien naar functies zoals operator, teamleider of andere rollen.
