Samen produceren jullie hoogwaardige vuurvaste vormstenen die worden gebruikt in de meest uitdagende industriële toepassingen. Je bent betrokken bij het volledige productieproces: van het opbouwen van de mallen tot het storten, drogen, bakken en verpakken van het eindproduct. Geen lopendebandwerk, maar afwisselende werkzaamheden waarbij kwaliteit altijd voorop staat. Functieomschrijving Wat ga je doen? Als Productiemedewerker draag je bij aan iedere stap van het productieproces. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Monteren en demonteren van productiemallen. - Controleren van de maatvoering en kwaliteit van de mallen. - Mengen en storten van beton volgens vaste werkinstructies. - Uitvoeren van visuele kwaliteitscontroles op de geproduceerde vormstenen. - Onderhouden van gereedschappen, machines en materialen. - Signaleren en melden van afwijkingen in het productieproces. - Zorgen voor een veilige, schone en georganiseerde werkomgeving. - Deelnemen aan werkoverleggen en toolbox-meetings. Functievereisten Wat breng jij mee? - Ervaring in een productieomgeving is een pré. - Je bent technisch ingesteld en werkt nauwkeurig. - Je bent gemotiveerd om een specialistisch vak te leren. - Je kunt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken. - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal. - Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit en veiligheid.
