Over het werk In jouw nieuwe rol als productiemedewerker ben je dagelijks met je handen bezig en werk je aan producten waar je écht trots op kunt zijn. Je houdt je bezig met het maken van leidingen en slangen voor hydraulische toepassingen, een essentieel onderdeel binnen machines en installaties in onder andere de industrie, bouw en techniek. Je werkt in een nette en goed uitgeruste werkplaats waar je verantwoordelijk bent voor het monteren, assembleren en op maat maken van hydraulische slangen en leidingen. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles tot in de puntjes klopt, van het correct persen van koppelingen tot het controleren van de kwaliteit en maatvoering. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid kunnen de producten direct gebruikt worden bij de klant of veilig worden verzonden. Wat deze functie interessant maakt, is de afwisseling en het technische karakter. Je bent niet alleen uitvoerend bezig, maar leert ook steeds meer over hydraulische systemen en hoe deze in de praktijk worden toegepast. Geen eentonig lopendebandwerk, maar gevarieerde werkzaamheden waarbij je echt ziet wat je maakt en hoe jouw werk terugkomt in het eindproduct. Je komt terecht in een betrokken team waarin samenwerken centraal staat en waar ruimte is om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen de techniek en hydrauliek. Kortom, een praktische en technische functie waarin je met je handen werkt, kennis opdoet van hydraulische systemen en dagelijks zichtbaar resultaat...
