Vakmanschap en kwaliteit staan centraal en er wordt gewerkt met moderne technieken en materialen om aan de hoogste eisen te voldoen. Functieomschrijving Als productiemedewerker werk je mee aan het vervaardigen van houten verpakkingen en kisten, volledig afgestemd op de wensen van klanten uit diverse industrieën. Je werkt met diverse gereedschappen en machines en levert een belangrijke bijdrage aan het productieproces. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Samenstellen en monteren van houten verpakkingen en transportkisten - Bewerken van hout met handgereedschap en machines - Controleren van producten op kwaliteit en specificaties - Onderhouden van een veilige en opgeruimde werkplek - Meedenken over verbeteringen in het proces en de werkwijze Functie-eisen Wij zoeken een enthousiaste, nauwkeurige maar bovenal betrokken productiemedewerker die met plezier aan de slag gaat. Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar motivatie en leergierigheid zijn minstens zo belangrijk. Wat wij belangrijk vinden: - Ervaring: Enige ervaring in productie- of montagewerk is een pre, maar niet verplicht - Technisch inzicht: Je bent handig met gereedschap en machines (twee rechterhanden) - Nauwkeurigheid: Je werkt zorgvuldig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit - Fysieke fitheid: Je vindt het niet erg om fysiek werk te verrichten en kunt het fysiek ook aan - Teamspirit: Je werkt graag samen met collega's - Doorzettingsvermogen: Het kan even wennen zijn, dus we zoeken doorzetters!
