Als productiemedewerker in Zeewolde ben je de hele dag lekker in beweging in een moderne voedingsmiddelenproductie. Je rouleert tussen verschillende afdelingen, waardoor geen dag hetzelfde is. De ene dienst stort je zakken van op een verhoogde tafel . Een andere keer weeg en meng je grondstoffen volgens vaste recepturen, waarbij je scherp let op het proces en netjes werkt. Ook draai je mee op de mengafdeling, waar het werk wat rustiger en meer routinematig is, of help je bij het inpakken van de eindproducten. Je werkt fulltime in een tweeploegendienst (06.00–14.30 en 14.30–23.00) en maakt deel uit van een hecht team dat gaat voor kwaliteit én tempo. Jij houdt van fysiek bezig zijn, steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen en schakelt moeiteloos tussen verschillende werkzaamheden, waardoor je dienst voorbij vliegt.

Je hebt bij voorkeur al ervaring in de productie; ervaring in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie is een mooie bonusJe vindt het prima om fulltime in een tweeploegendienst te werken en je schakelt makkelijk tussen verschillende afdelingen.Je bent fysiek sterk genoeg om de hele dag in beweging te zijnJe werkt zorgvuldig en nauwkeurig met grondstoffen, recepten en weegopdrachten en houdt je aan de procedures.Je kunt goed omgaan met wisselende werkdruk: je gaat vol gas als het nodig is en werkt geconcentreerd als het proces dat vraagt.Je spreekt en leest voldoende Nederlands om werkinstructies en veiligheidsvoorschriften goed te begrijpen en op te volgenJe bent een echte doener: je komt op tijd, houdt het tempo erin en springt vanzelfsprekend bij om je collega’s te helpen.
