The posting

Als operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor de productie van katheters voor de medische industrie. Na een uitgebreide opleidingsperiode krijg je je eigen machine toegewezen. Je takenpakket omvat:

Na de opleidingsperiode word je verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen van je eigen machine.

  • Opstarten van machines na stilstand en het instellen van verschillende parameters.
  • Begeleiden van diverse productielijnen.
  • Bij kleine storingen zoek je zelf naar de oorzaak en voer je kleine reparaties uit.
  • Manuele afwerking van het geproduceerde materiaal volgens de geldende richtlijnen.
  • Het instellen, bedienen en opvolgen van je machine en de productie.
  • Het uitvoeren van de laatste handmatige afwerkingen aan de katheters na productie.

Je werkt in een 2-ploegensysteem met vroege (6-14u) en late diensten (14-22u).

  • Je bent bereid om in een 2-ploegenstelsel te werken ( vroeg/ laat). Je werkt hierbij 38 uur per week. Dit betekent dat je op vrijdag steeds maar 6 uur dient te werken én dus vroeger aan je weekend kan beginnen!
  • Omwille van de sector waarin je zal werken hecht je veel belang aan nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsvol werken. Je volgt hierbij steeds strikt de aangegeven procedures en protocollen op.
  • Je geraakt vlot in Hoogstraten. Omwille van het ploegensysteem is het niet mogelijk om met het openbaar vervoer te komen.
