Damsteegt Waterwerken Productiemedewerker Gripstrip 40 Meerkerk 2.350 tot 3.000 bruto per 4 weken Ons gripstrip team is op zoek naar een nieuwe collega. Jouw rol Samen met een vast team collega's zorg je voor de productie van gripstrips. Gripstrip is een antislip laag op (houten) dekplanken. Je draagt er zorg voor dat de geleverde dekdelen (houten planken) voorzien worden van gripstrips. Na het drogen worden de planken schoongemaakt, gesorteerd en klaargezet om door een tevreden klant opgehaald te worden. De werktijden zijn van maandag tot en met vrijdag 07:00 uur tot 16:00 uur. Indien gewenst is het regelmatig mogelijk om overuren te maken. "Binnen Aannemersbedrijf Damsteegt krijg je veel verantwoordelijkheid. Je krijgt de ruimte om zelfstandig oplossingen te vinden en vernieuwingen door te voeren. Er wordt goed geluisterd naar je inbreng. " Wie zoeken wij? - Je hebt affiniteit met houtbewerking; - Je bent een teamplayer die leergierig is, logisch kan denken én goed georganiseerd te werk kan gaan; - Geen 9 tot 5 mentaliteit; - Je bent fysiek sterk en houdt van actieve werkzaamheden; - Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en kan je redden in het Engels (beginnersniveau); - Geen diploma, wel motivatie? Dan ben je van harte welkom; - Ervaring met heftruck is een pré; - Een VCA- certificaat is een pré.
