In de rol van Productiemedewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zorgvuldig bereiden en verpakken van vleesproducten. Samen met je collega's streef je naar excellentie. Als Productiemedewerker ben je betrokken bij het hele proces van het bereiden en verpakken van vleesproducten voor zorginstellingen. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles correct wordt gedaan en dat de producten klaar zijn voor verzending. Hygiëne en kwaliteit zijn essentieel, en je werkt in een gekoelde ruimte van ongeveer -2 graden. Uiteraard krijg je passende werkkleding.

Dit zijn jouw taken:- Vlees snijden, slicen en verpakken - Werkplek schoon en netjes houden - Werken volgens de HACCP-richtlijnen voor voedselveiligheid

Je werkt van maandag tot en met vrijdag van 07:00 tot 16:00 uur. Het is mogelijk om tussen de 18 en 40 uur per week te werken.
