The posting

In deze functie heb je een cruciale rol in één van de laatste stappen in het productieproces namelijk in het afvullen van de bereide recepten in flesjes, tubes of andere verpakkingen. Je werkt in een 2-ploegen systeem van 06u00 tot 14u00 en de andere week van 14u00 tot 22u00. Jouw belangrijkste werkzaamheden zijn de volgende:

  • Afvullen van farmaceutische producten overwegend in flesjes of tubes
  • Controleren van de producten (gewicht, juiste product, tarra, …)
  • Volgen van voorgeschreven procedures (SOP + Werk Instructies)
  • Uitvoeren van omgevingscontroles en nemen van (steriele) stalen
  • Bijhorende administratie correct uitvoeren
  • Instellen, ombouwen, bedienen en opvolgen van machines en uitrusting conform de werkinstructies
  • Reinigen van machine, onderdelen en materialen
  • Oplossen van kleine technische storingen aan de machine of productielijn

  • A2 werk- en denkniveau
  • Bij voorkeur maar niet noodzakelijk een A2 Scheikunde, Voeding, Chemie
  • 0 tot 5 jaar werkervaring in een productie-omgeving
  • Bij voorkeur enige ervaring met computersystemen, waaronder SAP
  • Goede beheersing van het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
