Voor een sterk groeiend metaalverwerkend productiebedrijf in de regio Kluisbergen zijn we op zoek naar een Productiemedewerker Allround.

Het bedrijf is gespecialiseerd in de productie van kabeldraagsystemen voor elektrische installaties en beschikt over een modern en uitgebreid machinepark.

Dankzij voortdurende investeringen wordt er gewerkt met geavanceerde machines, waaronder CNC-gestuurde ponsbanken, profileerlijnen, plooimachines en excenterpersen.

Je komt terecht in een familiale werkomgeving met een aangename werksfeer en een persoonlijke aanpak, waar kwaliteit en vakmanschap centraal staan.

Jouw functie

Als Productiemedewerker Allround word je aangestuurd door een teamcoach. Op basis van de dagelijkse productieplanning wordt het werk verdeeld.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Bedienen van CNC-gestuurde ponsmachines
  • Bedienen van een plooibank
  • Profileren en correct stapelen van afgewerkte producten
  • Samenstellen van accessoires door middel van koudlassen
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles volgens de instructies op de productiebon en technische tekeningen
  • Controleren of de producten voldoen aan de vooropgestelde kwaliteitsnormen
  • Ordelijk en veilig houden van de werkplek

Je krijgt de nodige opleiding om de verschillende machines en productiestappen correct te leren uitvoeren.

We zijn op zoek naar iemand die:

  • Een opleiding secundair onderwijs (HSO) heeft genoten
  • Nauwgezet en ordelijk werkt
  • Zelfstandig taken kan uitvoeren
  • Betrouwbaar en verantwoordelijk is
  • Technische tekeningen kan lezen en begrijpen
  • Interesse heeft in techniek en productie
  • Graag afwisselend en praktisch werk doet

Ervaring in een productieomgeving of met metaalbewerking is een pluspunt, maar motivatie en de bereidheid om bij te leren zijn minstens even belangrijk.
