Voor een sterk groeiend metaalverwerkend bedrijf in Kluisbergen zijn wij op zoek naar een gemotiveerde productiemedewerker. Je komt terecht in een familiale omgeving waar kwaliteit, een goede werksfeer en een persoonlijke aanpak centraal staan.

Wat ga je doen?

Als productiemedewerker word je aangestuurd door een teamcoach die op basis van de dagelijkse productieplanning de werkzaamheden verdeelt.

Je takenpakket is gevarieerd en bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Bedienen van CNC-gestuurde ponsbanken
  • Werken aan een plooibank
  • Profileren en stapelen van metalen producten
  • Koudlassen en samenstellen van verschillende accessoires
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles volgens de productiebon en technische tekeningen
  • Controleren of de producten voldoen aan de vooropgestelde kwaliteitseisen
  • Zorgen voor een nette en ordelijke werkplek
  • Afwisselend ingezet worden op verschillende machines en productiestappen

Je krijgt de kans om te werken met een modern en geautomatiseerd machinepark.

Wie zoeken wij?

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die:

  • Beschikt over een technische interesse en hands-on mentaliteit
  • Nauwgezet en ordelijk werkt
  • Zelfstandig kan werken
  • Betrouwbaar en gemotiveerd is
  • Technische tekeningen kan lezen of bereid is dit aan te leren
  • Oog heeft voor kwaliteit en veiligheid
  • Graag verschillende taken uitvoert
  • Bereid is om nieuwe machines en technieken aan te leren

Een technische opleiding of ervaring binnen een productieomgeving is mooi meegenomen, maar motivatie en de juiste ingesteldheid zijn minstens even belangrijk.

Werkuren

Je werkt in een vast dagregime:

  • Maandag t.e.m. donderdag: 07u30 – 16u30
  • Vrijdag: 07u30 – 12u30
  • 30 minuten middagpauze
  • 10 minuten betaalde pauze Het gaat om een 39-urenweek.

Het bedrijf heeft jaarlijks een vaste sluitingsperiode:

  • 1 week tijdens de zomerperiode
  • 1 week tussen Kerst en Nieuwjaar
  • Diploma secundair onderwijs (ASO)
  • Technische tekeningen kunnen lezen - geen Chinese puzzel voor jou
  • Nauwgezet en ordentelijk werken
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken zonder constant toezicht
  • Betrouwbaar en stipt zijn
  • Geen rugproblemen (je tilt stukken tot max 15 kg)
  • Beschikbaar voor dagploeg van maandag tot vrijdag
  • Interesse in metaalbewerking en moderne machines
