The posting

Voor een bedrijf in Dendermonde zoeken we een all round productiemedewerker.

Uw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van werkopdrachten (assemblage van wielen) binnen één of meerdere eenvoudige productieprocessen en/of het bewaken en besturen van zulke processen.
  • verantwoordelijk voor het lossen/laden/wegzetten van ijzerwerk, en voor de bevoorrading hiervan in de productieafdeling.
  • zorgt ervoor dat de afgewerkte goederen correct ingepakt worden en zet deze klaar voor picking of gaat deze zelf laden.
  • heeft diepgaande kennis en ervaring in verschillende productie-onderdelen of van specifiek gereedschap of materialen, kan met de heftruck op een veilige manier werken.

Uw takenpakket:

  • Bevoorrading van productie volgens specificaties op de productiebonnen en de vooropgestelde planning.
  • Inpakken van afgewerkte goederen.
  • Opruimen van plastiek folie, spanbandjes, lege paletten.
  • Aanvulling van de grijpvoorraad hulpgoederen assemblage (bouten, moeren, ringen).
  • Aangeven wanneer deze moeten bijbesteld worden.
  • Aanvullen van de pickinglocaties vanuit de overstocklocaties.
  • Heftruckbatterijen opladen op einde van de werkdag.
  • Ontvangen en verdelen van “dossier goederen” vanuit de claimafdeling.
  • Lossen van ijzerwerk (wielen, koppelingen, ...).
  • Ingangscontrole op aantal, kwaliteit.
  • Wegzetten van geloste goederen op een overzichtelijke manier.
  • Inpakken van goederen (op stoeltjes) voor export.
  • Laden van ijzerwerk voor export.
  • Meehelpen op assemblage.
  • Meehelpen ophangen/afpakken van goederen in de lakkerij.
  • Doorgangen, brandblusaparaten, haspels, nooduitgangen, .. vrijhouden en regelmatig opvegen met veegmachine.
  • Bediening van de straalcabine volgens de voorschriften.
  • Ontvetten/opschuren van te lakken stukken.
  • Meehelpen bij inventaris.
  • Ophangen en afnemen goederen lakstraat
  • Technisch inzict
  • Opzoek gaan naar werk
  • Heftruckattest is vereist
  • Is een teamplayer
  • Is multi inzetbaar : alle taken moeten door iedereen gedaan worden
  • Ervaring in metaalbewerking, poederlakken, lassen is mooi meegenomen
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken na inwerkperiode
  • Fysiek zwaar werk kunnen doen = 20 à 30 kg kunnen tillen
