Als productiemedewerker op de afdeling Trim in Assendelft maak je deel uit van een enthousiast team van ongeveer 20 collega’s. Je werkt fulltime in een 3-ploegendienst met ochtend-, middag- en nachtdiensten. Je verdient een aantrekkelijk uurloon van €20,42 inclusief toeslagen. De baan is afwisselend, leerzaam en biedt zekerheid voor langere tijd. Je start op de nakijkafdeling. Hier beoordeel je samen met collega’s de kwaliteit van verschillende rollen vloerproducten. Je leert snel de producten kennen en herkent kleine fouten. Na je inwerkperiode volg je een opleidingsplan. Je leert veilig werken met machines, en krijgt begeleiding van ervaren collega’s. Daarna werk je zelfstandig in de droogkamer of aan één van de trimlijnen, waar je producten lakt, snijdt en verpakt. Elke werkdag is anders. Jij zorgt dat alle producten aan de hoogste eisen voldoen. - Flexibel inzetbaar en stressbestendig

- Bij voorkeur ervaring in productie

- Bij voorkeur een VCA- en/of heftruckcertificaat

- Je bent voor langere tijd beschikbaar
