Je werkt in dagdienst van 06:00 tot 14:30 uur en ontvangt een startsalaris van €15,66 bruto per uur. Binnen één jaar kan je uurloon oplopen tot €16,50. Daarnaast ontvang je 25 vakantiedagen, 8,33% vakantiegeld en heb je uitzicht op een vast dienstverband. Functieomschrijving Als Productiemedewerker Bakkerij speel je een belangrijke rol binnen het productieproces. Je houdt je bezig met het zorgvuldig verwerken van verschillende zoete deegwaren, waaronder het draaien en voorbereiden van croissantdeeg. Je werkt nauwkeurig en in een vlot tempo en ondersteunt de broodbakkers waar nodig. Naast het bereiden van de producten controleer je de kwaliteit en zorg je ervoor dat alles netjes en volgens de juiste richtlijnen wordt verpakt. Zo draag je eraan bij dat het productieproces soepel en efficiënt verloopt. Het werk is deels repeterend en fysiek van aard. Je werkt met biologische en glutenvrije producten en hebt oog voor hygiëne en kwaliteit. Je werkplek Onze opdrachtgever is een echt familiebedrijf dat staat voor kwaliteit en innovatie. Met bijna 70 jaar ervaring maken zij een volledig assortiment biologische broden, banket, vlaaien, crackers en repen, allemaal met ambachtelijke aandacht en de beste ingrediënten. De brooddegen krijgen de tijd om te rusten en ontwikkelen zo hun volle aroma's.
