Word Productiemedewerker bij deze bakkerij in Wateringen, maak dagelijks vers brood en werk in een flexibele diensten. Hierdoor heb je veel vrije tijd en verdien je tot wel € 32,94 bruto per uur inclusief toeslagen! Over de functieIn deze bakkerij worden er 24/7 verschillende soorten broden gemaakt. Als Productiemedewerker in de bakkerij kom je te werken op de inpakafdeling waar alle broden machinaal ingepakt worden, óf je werkt op de verdeling, waar alle kratjes met broden gesorteerd, verdeeld en klaargezet worden voor de logistiek om te verzenden naar supermarkten door heel Nederland. Je houdt ervan om actief bezig te zijn, vindt het niet erg om fysiek bezig te zijn en meters te maken. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Machinaal verpakken van versgebakken brood volgens de juiste richtlijnen; - Controleren of het brood correct is verpakt en gelabeld; - Sorteren en klaarmaken van brood voor transport; - Samenwerken met collega's om ervoor te zorgen dat alles op tijd klaar is; - Kleine storingen of problemen oplossen en grotere problemen melden bij de technische dienst.

In de flexibele diensten van een Productiemedewerker kun je van maandag tot en met zondag ingepland worden. Je werkt 7 tot 8 uur per dag. Je werktijden zijn als volgt:

Ochtenddienst: Start tussen 04:00 en 06:00 uur, klaar tussen 12:30 en 14:00 uur. Middagdienst: Start tussen 12:30 en 14:00 uur, klaar tussen 20:30 en 22:00 uur. Nachtdienst: Start tussen 20:30 en 22:00 uur, klaar tussen 04:00 en 06:00 uur Niet beschikbaar in de nachtdiensten, maar wel in de andere diensten én de weekenden? Dan gaan we ook graag het gesprek met je aan! Wat wij bieden- Je krijgt een bruto startsalaris van € 16,47 wat met toeslagen kan oplopen tot wel € 32,94 bruto per uur; - Begin van ieder jaar een loonsverhoging; - Doorgroeimogelijkheden in salaris tot wel € 19,48 bruto per uur exclusief toeslagen; - Een ploegentoeslag van 34%
