Dan is deze job als bereider in de koude keuken misschien precies wat je zoekt. Voor een groeiende producent in de voedingsindustrie zoeken wij een gemotiveerde bereider of afweger die het team in de koude keuken komt versterken. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alle ingrediënten correct worden afgewogen en verwerkt volgens vaste recepturen. Dankzij jouw precisie verloopt het productieproces vlot en worden kwaliteitsvolle producten afgeleverd.

Jouw taken:

  • Je weegt grondstoffen nauwkeurig af volgens de voorgeschreven recepturen.

Je bereidt verschillende producten en volgt de recepten stap voor stap.

Je controleert de aangeleverde ingrediënten voordat je ermee aan de slag gaat.

Je scant de gebruikte grondstoffen en registreert de productie correct.

Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit, waaronder pH metingen, en meldt eventuele afwijkingen.

Je voorziet batches van de juiste lotnummers en etiketten.

  • Je werkt volgens de geldende hygiëne, veiligheids en HACCP richtlijnen.

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende:

Je hebt ervaring binnen de voedingssector. Dat is een vereiste.

Je werkt ordelijk en hebt oog voor detail.

  • Je bent kwaliteitsbewust en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je werk.

Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in team werken.

Je spreekt vlot Nederlands.

Kennis van HACCP is een pluspunt.
