Als Productiemedewerker Beton in Terneuzen maak je elke dag direct het verschil! Functieomschrijving Als Productiemedewerker Beton ben jij een belangrijke schakel in de productiehal. Jij zorgt er samen met je collega's voor dat prefab betonproducten en onderdelen voor modulaire woningbouw vakkundig en veilig worden geproduceerd. Je werkt nauw samen met de meewerkend voorman en een betrokken team, waarbij je oog houdt voor kwaliteit, orde en veiligheid. Jouw technische inzicht en proactieve houding maken dat het productieproces soepel en efficiënt verloopt. Je dag begint met het voorbereiden van de werkplek en het controleren van mallen en gereedschappen. Op basis van technische tekeningen ga je aan de slag met het storten, afwerken en controleren van betonproducten. Je zorgt dat alle materialen en grondstoffen op tijd klaarstaan, voert onderhoud uit aan je werkplek en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen. Het team rekent op jouw inzet om deadlines te halen en te zorgen dat de kwaliteit altijd top blijft. Jouw taken op een rij: - Uitvoeren van productiewerkzaamheden aan de hand van technische tekeningen en instructies. - Voorbereiden, instellen, onderhouden en schoonmaken van mallen en gereedschappen. - Materialen en grondstoffen klaarzetten en verwerken. - Actief bijdragen aan een veilige, opgeruimde werkplek én de kwaliteit van het eindproduct bewaken.
