Voor een moderne en duurzame productieomgeving in de betonindustrie zoeken wij gemotiveerde productiemedewerkers en medewerkers voor het tasveld. Je komt te werken bij een toonaangevende speler binnen prefab bouwoplossingen, waar innovatie, veiligheid en samenwerking centraal staan.

De nieuwe fabriek start medio 2026 en behoort tot de meest geavanceerde productielocaties in Nederland. Jij kunt vanaf het begin onderdeel zijn van dit traject. Functieomschrijving Wat ga je doen?

Als productiemedewerker: - Bedienen en instellen van machines en productielijnen - Bewaken van het productieproces en kwaliteit - Signaleren en oplossen van afwijkingen - Samenwerken met collega's van techniek en kwaliteit

Als medewerker tasveld: - Laden en lossen van prefab betonelementen - Werken met heftruck, shovel en kranen - Zorgen voor een veilig en overzichtelijk buitenterrein - Zelfstandig werken én samenwerken met collega's

Functie eisen Wat breng jij mee?

- Je bent gemotiveerd en houdt van aanpakken - Je werkt veilig en volgens richtlijnen - Je bent zowel zelfstandig als een teamspeler - Je communiceert duidelijk en denkt in oplossingen - Je hebt verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel - Bereidheid om certificaten te behalen (zoals heftruck of hijsbewijs) - Flexibel: je start in dagdienst en groeit mee naar ploegendienst
