The posting

Samen met vier collega’s zorg jij ervoor dat de productielijn blijft draaien. Op deze lijn worden betonnen producten gemaakt die je later terugziet in straten, op pleinen en rondom bedrijfsterreinen. Best mooi om aan het einde van je dienst te zien wat jullie samen hebben geproduceerd.

Jij houdt de machines en het productieproces goed in de gaten. Loopt alles zoals het hoort? Dan zorg je dat dit zo blijft. Zie je een afwijking of werkt een machine even niet mee? Dan blijf je rustig, onderzoek je samen met je collega’s wat er aan de hand is en help je het proces weer op gang.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

- het bedienen en controleren van de productiemachines; - het bewaken van de kwaliteit en voortgang; - het herkennen en helpen oplossen van kleine storingen; - het bijsturen van het proces wanneer dat nodig is; - het veilig en netjes houden van jullie werkplek; - goed overleggen en samenwerken met je ploeg.

Je krijgt dus geen baan waarbij je de hele dag hetzelfde staat te doen. Je houdt overzicht, werkt met machines en draagt samen met je collega’s verantwoordelijkheid voor een goed eindproduct.

Werken in twee ploegen

Je werkt volgens een vast rooster in een 2-ploegendienst:

- Ochtenddienst: 05.00 tot 13.30 uur; - Middagdienst: 13.30 tot 22.15 uur.

Jij voelt je thuis in een praktische productieomgeving en werkt graag met machines. Daarnaast:

- spreek je voldoende Nederlands om goed en veilig te kunnen samenwerken; - werk je nauwkeurig en heb je aandacht voor kwaliteit; - vind je samenwerken in een klein team belangrijk; - ben je bereid om in twee ploegen te werken.

Ervaring als machine operator of binnen een productieomgeving is mooi meegenomen. Een goede werkhouding, technisch inzicht en de wil om het proces te leren zijn minstens zo belangrijk.
