The posting

Profel, opgericht in 1948, is een Belgisch familiebedrijf gespecialiseerd in buitenschrijnwerk. De Profel Group overkoepelt een waaier aan productie-eenheden. De business unit Profel Extrusion & Finishing extrudeert, anodiseert en moffelt aluminium profielen. Profel Ramen & Deuren is gespecialiseerd in op maat gemaakt buitenschrijnwerk in pvc, aluminium en hout. Naast de ramen en deuren worden er ook tal van aanvullende producten gemaakt, zoals o.a. garagepoorten, rolluiken en verluchtingssystemen. Profel stelt vandaag meer dan 1300 mensen te werk in België (Pelt, Achel) en Nederland (Eersel). Wij zoeken voor onze business unit Extrusion & Finishing.

Functiebeschrijving

Dagwerk, nachtwerk of ploegenstelsel (m/v)

Werk je graag met je handen? Vind je het belangrijk om kwaliteit af te leveren? Om mooi werk te verrichten, met oog voor detail?

Dan ben jij de geknipte kandidaat voor de functie van Productiemedewerker bij Profel in Achel of Pelt (België - beide locaties grenzen aan Nederland).

Als productiemedewerker versterk je één van de teams op onze verschillende afdelingen. Afhankelijk van jouw interesse en ervaring kan je ingeschakeld worden op diverse werkposten.

Denk aan: de glasproductie, de houtafdeling, de lakkerij, de montage, de inpakafdeling, …

Afhankelijk van de afdeling, kan je takenpakket dan ook wat schommelen.

  • Je monteert, assembleert en bevestigt materialen en producten.
  • Je controleert de kwaliteit en spoort afwijkingen en fouten op.
  • Je voorziet de werkpost van materialen en producten, controleert de bevoorrading en registreert de activiteiten (aantal stuks, enz.).
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de werkzone er steeds proper, opgeruimd en veilig bij ligt.
  • Je vervoert de producten en het afval naar de juiste opslag-, verzendings- of recyclagezones.
  • Je staat in voor de zorgvuldige verpakking van producten volgens kenmerken, bestellingen en transportwijze.
