Als productiemedewerker verzorg jij de belangrijke voorbereiding. Je hoeft het vak nog niet te kennen. Jouw collega's nemen je mee in alle werkzaamheden. Een werkdag als productiemedewerker bestaat onder andere uit: - Transportonderdelen schuren, reinigen en voorbereiden voor het spuitwerk - Onderdelen afplakken, ophangen en na het spuiten weer afhalen - Spuiters ondersteunen en het eindresultaat controleren op afwijkingen - Afgeronde producten verpakken, materialen klaarzetten en de werkplek opruimen Je werkt iedere dag van 07:30 tot 16:30 uur. Jouw nieuwe werkplek Jouw werkgever is gespecialiseerd in spuit- en coatingwerk. Het gaat om onderdelen voor vrachtwagens en andere transportmiddelen. Je komt terecht tussen ongeveer 15 collega's. Daardoor blijft de organisatie persoonlijk en overzichtelijk. Samen lunchen hoort bij de werkdag. Collega's springen voor elkaar bij wanneer dat nodig is. Als productiemedewerker kun je bovendien steeds nieuwe werkzaamheden leren.
