Voor onze opdrachtgever zoeken wij meerdere allround productiemedewerkers/operators. Het bedrijf groeit door naar een volwaardig productiebedrijf en zoekt mensen die breed inzetbaar zijn, verantwoordelijkheid nemen en het mooi vinden om samen iets op te bouwen. In deze functie werk je in een klein, hecht team. Dat betekent dat je niet alleen aan één machine of taak gekoppeld bent, maar op meerdere plekken in het productieproces kunt worden ingezet. Flexibiliteit is hierin geen extra voordeel, maar echt de basis. Wat ga je doen? Als Allround Productiemedewerker / Operator werk je mee in het productieproces en zorg je ervoor dat de dagelijkse werkzaamheden soepel verlopen. Je bedient productielijnen, ondersteunt collega’s en bent bereid om ook met intern transportmaterieel te werken, zoals een shovel, verreiker of heftruck. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: Bedienen en controleren van productielijnen;Uitvoeren van productiewerkzaamheden binnen het proces;Aanvoeren, verplaatsen en verwerken van materialen;Controleren van kwaliteit en signaleren van afwijkingen;Ondersteunen van collega’s binnen het team;Zorgen voor orde, netheid en veiligheid op de werkvloer;

Wij zoeken praktische en gemotiveerde mensen die weten wat werken in productie inhoudt. Je hoeft niet alles al tot in detail te kunnen, maar je moet wel bereid zijn om breed ingezet te worden en verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor je werk. Jij brengt mee: Ervaring in een productieomgeving is gewenst;Technisch inzicht of affiniteit met machines en processen;Bereidheid om verschillende werkzaamheden op te pakken;Ervaring met een heftruck, shovel of verreiker is een sterke pré;Een flexibele en collegiale instelling;Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en oog voor veiligheid;De mentaliteit om samen met het team de klus te klaren.
