Werk fulltime in een gezellig team met luxe chocoladeproducten. Over het werk Als productiemedewerker chocolade krijg je bij dit familiebedrijf de kans om dagelijks te werken met de mooiste chocoladeproducten. Je werkt 32 tot 36 uur per week, voornamelijk doordeweeks. In deze rol leer je alles over het productieproces van bonbons en chocolade, van het instellen van de machines tot het controleren van het eindproduct. Trainingen en begeleiding worden verzorgd zodat jij het vak snel onder de knie krijgt. Je start je werkdag met een praatje met je collega's terwijl je je voorbereidt op de productievloer. Denk aan het verwijderen van sieraden en grondig wassen van je handen. Vervolgens controleer je de machines en stel je deze in voor de productie van de dag. Gedurende de dag houd je de productielijn goed in de gaten. Mocht er iets vastlopen, probeer je dit eerst zelf op te lossen. Je let op de productiviteit en zorgt ervoor dat het werk afkomt. Aan het einde van de dag haal je samen met je collega's de machines uit elkaar, maak je alles schoon en sluit je de dag af met een voldaan gevoel.
