Wat ga je precies doen Ben jij nauwkeurig, praktisch ingesteld en op zoek naar een baan met betekenis? Als productiemedewerker cleanroom in Mijdrecht speel je een belangrijke rol in het maken van microbiologische voedingsbodems die wereldwijd worden gebruikt voor diagnostische testen. Je werkt in een moderne faciliteit waar hygiëne en kwaliteit voorop staan. Dankzij interne trainingen en een vast dagdienstrooster kun je je vaardigheden ontwikkelen in een stabiele en gestructureerde omgeving. Wat ga je doen:- Afwegen van grondstoffen en voorbereiden van halffabrikaten volgens vastgelegde procedures. - Bereiden, uitvullen en verpakken van eindproducten in een cleanroomomgeving. - Instellen en bedienen van sterilisatoren, uitvul- en etiketteermachines. - Schoonhouden van apparatuur en werkruimtes volgens GMP-richtlijnen. - Uitvoeren van visuele kwaliteitscontroles en rapporteren van afwijkingen.

Wat bieden we jou - Een bruto maandsalaris van circa €2.700, plus 8% vakantiegeld. - Een vast contract bij een stabiele werkgever in Mijdrecht. - Een fulltime werkweek van 38 uur, met minimaal 32 uur per week mogelijk. - Uitsluitend dagdienst van maandag tot en met vrijdag, 08:00–16:30 uur. - Goede pensioenregeling en reiskostenvergoeding voor woon-werkverkeer. - Grondige interne opleiding, met een duidelijk inwerkprogramma en buddy. - Doorlopende trainingen, coaching en begeleiding op de werkvloer. - Werken in een moderne, schone cleanroom volgens duidelijke GMP-procedures. - Een klein, betrokken team met korte lijnen en duidelijke afspraken. - Werk dat direct bijdraagt aan gezondheid en kwaliteit van zorg wereldwijd. - Stabiele roosters, waardoor werk en privé goed te combineren zijn. - Gratis parkeergelegenheid en een veilige, overdekte fietsenstalling.
