Ben jij nauwkeurig, gemotiveerd en werk je graag in een gestructureerde omgeving? Voor een moderne productieafdeling zijn wij op zoek naar een Productiemedewerker / Cleanroom Medewerker die kwaliteit en precisie hoog in het vaandel heeft staan.

In deze veelzijdige functie werk je zowel in een reguliere productieomgeving als in een cleanroom. Hier draag je bij aan het vervaardigen, assembleren, controleren en verpakken van hoogwaardige producten volgens strikte kwaliteits- en hygiënevoorschriften. Je speelt een belangrijke rol in het productieproces en hebt oog voor detail én verbetering.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Bedienen van machines voor draai- en freeswerk
  • Uitvoeren van ontbraam-, assemblage-, verpakkings- en productiewerkzaamheden in de cleanroom
  • Zorgvuldig volgen van hygiëne- en kwaliteitsprocedures
  • Registreren van productiedata en correct invullen van controleformulieren
  • Controleren van producten op kwaliteit en conformiteit
  • Signaleren van afwijkingen en actief meedenken over verbeteringen
  • Samenwerken met collega’s en teamleiders om het productieproces optimaal te laten verlopen
  • Ervaring in een productieomgeving (ervaring in een cleanroom is een pluspunt maar geen vereiste)
  • Een nauwkeurige, geconcentreerde en zelfstandige werkhouding
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Bereidheid om te werken volgens strikte hygiëneregels (zoals het dragen van cleanroomkleding)
  • Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en een proactieve mindset
