Voor een stabiele productieonderneming in regio Puurs-Sint-Amands zijn we op zoek naar een gemotiveerde Productiemedewerker CNC.

Werk je graag met je handen, heb je ervaring of kennis van CNC-machines en hecht je belang aan nauwkeurig en kwalitatief werk? Dan kan deze functie iets voor jou zijn.

Jouw functie

Als Productiemedewerker CNC maak je deel uit van het productieteam en werk je aan een CNC-machine. Je volgt het productieproces nauwgezet op en zorgt ervoor dat de geproduceerde onderdelen correct en kwaliteitsvol worden afgewerkt.

Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • aluminium platen op de freestafel plaatsen;
  • de CNC-machine tijdens het freesproces opvolgen;
  • toezicht houden op het productieproces;
  • de kwaliteit van de geproduceerde onderdelen controleren;
  • gefreesde onderdelen zorgvuldig uit de machine halen;
  • onderdelen ontbramen;
  • afgewerkte onderdelen correct verpakken voor verdere verwerking;
  • zorgen dat de vooropgestelde productievolumes worden behaald;
  • toezien op een veilig en kwaliteitsvol productieproces;
  • zorgvuldig omgaan met machines, materialen en producten;
  • samenwerken met collega's binnen het productieteam.
  • Je hebt ervaring of kennis van CNC-machines.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je hecht veel belang aan kwaliteit.
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en werkt graag met je handen.
  • Je bent gemotiveerd en leergierig.
  • Je bent bereid om nieuwe technieken en werkwijzen aan te leren.
  • Je kan goed samenwerken met collega's.
  • Je draagt bij aan een veilige en ordelijke werkomgeving.
