The posting

Ben jij technisch aangelegd, werk je graag met je handen en wil je een vak leren op de werkvloer? Voor een groeiend en familiaal productiebedrijf zijn we op zoek naar een gemotiveerde productiemedewerker / CNC-operator.

In het productieatelier worden dagelijks aluminium borstweringen voorbereid en voorgemonteerd voor de montageploegen. Je krijgt een interne opleiding en leert stap voor stap het volledige productieproces kennen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je verzaagt aluminium profielen op maat.
  • Je bedient CNC-machines.
  • Je bewerkt onderdelen met onder andere ponsmachines en vijsmachines.
  • Je monteert verschillende onderdelen tot afgewerkte borstweringen.
  • Je controleert of de onderdelen correct en nauwkeurig zijn afgewerkt.
  • Je zorgt mee voor orde en netheid op de werkplek.
  • Je leert geleidelijk alle verschillende stappen binnen het productieproces.

Wie zoeken we?

Ervaring is voor deze functie geen vereiste. We zoeken vooral iemand die gemotiveerd is en graag wil bijleren.

  • Je bent technisch en praktisch ingesteld.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit.
  • Je bent leergierig en staat open voor een interne opleiding.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook goed binnen een team.
  • Je hebt interesse in machines, techniek en productie.
  • Een technische opleiding is een pluspunt, bijvoorbeeld schrijnwerkerij, mechanica, autotechniek of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Ervaring met CNC-machines of productie is mooi meegenomen, maar absoluut geen must.
