Wat ga je doen?

Werk mee aan het coatingproces in een lakkerij in Heusden-Zolder en draag bij aan de productie van hoogwaardige metalen onderdelen.

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het reinigen, metalliseren en verpakken van metalen producten. Je werkt nauwkeurig en zorgt voor een efficiënt productieproces binnen een dagploeg.

- Klaarzetten van producten voor verwerking; zelfstandig plaatsen in de kabine met heftruck indien in bezit van attest, anders met ondersteuning van een collega - Reinigen van producten met een straalpistool en Inox korrels - Metalliseren van producten door thermisch spuiten - Dagelijks reinigen van de straalkabine en deelnemen aan de wekelijkse grondige schoonmaak - Metalen onderdelen ophangen met aandacht voor detail en efficiëntie - Controleren of onderdelen volledig droog zijn na het reinigen - Verpakken van gespoten onderdelen na afname

Je werkt in een team waar flexibiliteit en samenwerking belangrijk zijn. Je helpt collega’s waar nodig en signaleert werk dat gedaan moet worden. Een goede werkhouding is essentieel.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je draagt veiligheidskledij en dient een zwaar pistool te hanteren, hierdoor dien je in goede fysieke gezondheid te zijn.
  • Orde en netheid zijn voor jou belangrijk, dagelijks dien je jouw kabine te reinigen.
  • Werken in een lawaaierige omgeving schrikt niet af. Geen paniek, er is geluidsbescherming voorzien.
  • Je hebt inzicht in hoe je zaken gaat ophangen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en veilig.

Opleiding: Je dient niet in het bezit te zijn van een bepaald diploma. Ervaring in de functie primeert.

Vakkennis: Je hebt reeds ervaring als straler of metaliseerder achter de rug, dan is dit een pluspunt.

Talenkennis: Je beheerst het Nederlands zeer goed.

Attesten: Indien je in het bezit bent van een heftruckattest is dit een pluspunt.

Wat bieden wij jou?

  • Je komt terecht in een gloednieuwe productiehal met spiksplinternieuwe machines. Ze hebben hun eigen op maat gemaakt ERP systeem wat de job makkelijker doet verlopen en je zo min mogelijk handelingen dient uit te voeren.
  • Tijdens de zomer en kerstperiode zijn ze collectief gesloten. Weliswaar zetten ze het verlof goed in!
  • Dagelijks is er gratis koffie en water te verkrijgen. Elke laatste vrijdag van de maand dien je geen lunch mee te nemen want dan trakteren ze op een broodje.
  • Je loon wordt bepaald aan de hand van je ervaring, maar zal ongeveer liggen rond de 17€ en aangevuld met maaltijdcheques van €5.
